Join Immunize Arkansas for our Year End Meeting and Awards Celebration. This annual event is a gathering to recognize outstanding contributions to immunization and public health, celebrate our shared work, and enjoy lunch together.
There is no cost to attend. However, we kindly ask for you to RSVP so we may plan accordingly.

We also welcome and encourage you to nominate your colleagues and organizations for one (or more) immunization award. Our organization is excited to honor the achievements of immunization champions across our state.
Immunization Awards
Dr. Laura Williams Childhood Immunization Champion

Awarded to an individual, organization, or provider who demonstrates exceptional dedication to childhood immunizations.
HPV Immunization Champion
-
Awarded to an individual, organization, or provider dedicated to raising HPV vaccination rates in Arkansas and educating the community about the HPV vaccine.
Outstanding Adult Immunization Champion
-
Awarded to an individual, organization, or provider who demonstrates exceptional dedication to protecting adults from vaccine-preventable diseases.
Community Partner

Awarded to a community organization that demonstrates exceptional dedication to immunizations and furthering the mission of Immunize Arkansas through collaboration and partnership.

How to Contribute
Award Sponsor ($750)
4 sponsorships available
Your organization will be recognized as the sponsor of one award during the ceremony and invited to present the trophy to the award recipient. The sponsorship contribution supports event-related expenses and is not provided to or designated for the award recipient. Award recipients receive a commemorative trophy only; no cash prize or other monetary award is provided. One sponsorship is available for each of the four awards.
Lunch Sponsor ($500)
1 sponsorship available
Your monetary contribution will support the cost of lunch for all attendees. The lunch sponsor will be verbally recognized during the ceremony, and written acknowledgement will be placed near the food and drinks.
Event Sponsor ($100 or more)
Unlimited sponsorships available
Sponsor this event by contributing $100 or more to support event expenses. Event sponsors will be recognized in writing during the event.
